Top Tips for Going Live with Tractivity
Tips for seamlessly onboarding your team with Tractivity
Getting your Tractivity system set up correctly from day one can be incredibly rewarding. Here are some handy tips for anyone about to go live with their new Tractivity system.
- Set clear purpose and goals
It’s important that all users understand why they are using Tractivity, what the key purpose of the platform is, and what success looks like. Clearly defined goals from the outset will support stronger engagement and adoption. - Support users during the early stages
Like any new system, Tractivity can take time to embed. Ensuring the first few weeks and months run smoothly is key to long-term adoption. Make sure colleagues using Tractivity know who to speak to if they have questions or need support. - Appoint a Tractivity key contact
Having a named internal contact for all Tractivity-related queries, such as system administration, configuration changes, and general questions, helps streamline communication and reduce confusion. - Provide role-specific guidance
Share help guides and information that are relevant to each user’s role. This should include how data should be added, what information is mandatory, and, importantly, why this information is required. - Schedule regular catch-ups with your CSM
Set up monthly catch-ups with your Tractivity Customer Success Manager. You can invite users to these sessions to focus on best practices, workarounds, and more efficient ways to capture and manage information within the system.
