Tractivity Hotfix - May 2026

Improvements

• Outlook Add-in - Allocated to Teams
  A new field has been added and made mandatory for adding emails as Activities, ensuring all Activities can be viewed in the Calendar module's "Team Activities" view.
• Surveys - Response Reports
  These reports have been streamlined to better display responses to short text, long text and multiple choice questions.

Bug Fixes

• Events - View Event
  Some Events were inaccessible when they had been created by other Users (including removed Users); this has been corrected.
• Email Builder - Images
  An issue was causing a string of text to appear above images in Mailshots, visible in some email browsers.
• Outlook Add-in - Adding an Activity
  A crash that would occur when adding certain emails as Activities has been corrected.
• Additional fixes and improvements were made to Tractivity behind-the-scenes.
