Tractivity Hotfixes - August 2025

For the last several months, Tractivity has received updates each month, bringing feature improvements and bug fixes to all systems. From August 2025 onwards, we will be moving away from this release cadence in order to focus on major improvements to Tractivity. We're excited to share more information on these improvements in the near future.

This doesn't mean we're slowing down on fixing bugs and resolving issues. In August 2025, our developers released two hotfixes to quickly address issues raised by Tractivity users. A list of all the issues resolved can be found below.

• Organisations & Contacts - Contact Name Format
  An issue had caused Contacts to display names in the incorrect format.
• Events - Invitation Status Lists
  An issue had caused the option for generating these lists to result in being logged out of Tractivity.
• Mailshot - Email Builder
  Additional error logging is now in place for the Mailshot module, helping our team to identify the cause of issues and resolve these faster

Additional behind-the-scenes work was completed to create a more stable and secure Tractivity experience.
