Tractivity v25.11 - Release Notes

• Activities - Reply to Contact     
  The "Reply to Contact" option on Contact Activities has been improved so that it can only be used when all associated Contacts have "Email" selected in their "Contact Permitted" options.
• Surveys - Confirmed Responses   
  Some users reported instances of Account Group data being removed from Contacts when their Survey Response was confirmed. This has been corrected.
• Mailshots / Events - Email Builder     
  An issue causing the email builder window to sometimes become misaligned with the rest of the page has been corrected.
• Outlook Add-in - Adding an Activity     
  The fields present when adding an Activity using the Outlook add-in now better reflect the chosen options in "Field Configuration" for Activity records.
• Additional behind-the-scenes improvements were made to improve the user experience.
