Tractivity v26.2 - Release Notes

A new Activities module and an improved Enquiries module come to Tractivity

Improvements and New Features

  • Events Module
    The Events Module has been updated with improvements to speed, performance and usability. You can also create Reports on your Events, similar to the Reports tool in the Organisations & Contacts, Activities and Enquiries modules.

  • Global Search
    The Global Search feature, allowing you to find records from anywhere on Tractivity on any page on Tractivity, has been re-instated. You can find this under the top navigation bar. 
  • Events - Waiting Lists
    If an Event has reached its max capacity, and an Invitee clicks an Accept/Decline link in an Event Invitation email, they were previously automatically added to a Waiting List. This has been changed so Invitees can now choose to join the Waiting List themselves.

Bug Fixes

  • Home Screen - Overdue Activities
    The attachments for Overdue Activities now only appear for Users selected under the Activity's Visibility Teams field.
  • Home Screen - Switching Modules
    A crash affecting some users when switching from the Home Screen to the Calendar module has been resolved.
  • Organisations & Contacts - Attach Organisations
    The Attach Organisation option had some Organisations unable to be selected.
  • Organisations & Contacts - View Survey Response
    An issue causing some Survey Response PDFs on the View Contact page to fail to open has been resolved.
  • Organisations & Contacts - Duplicate Checking
    When automatically checking for existing Contacts on the "Add Contact" page, the system will now only display exact matches (for example, "John Smith" will only show other "John Smith" Contacts, not "Jack Smith" etc).
  • Organisations & Contacts - Search
    The "Project Categories" field's "Unselect all" option is now functional.
  • Enquiries - Email Activities
    Users are now able to upload multiple emails against an Enquiry at once.
  • Enquiries - Link Associated Event
    The "Link" option was missing from Events on this page.
  • Enquiries - Read-Only Access
    Users with "Read-only" access to the Enquiries module are no longer able to detach Contacts and Organisations from Enquiries.
  • Activities - View Activity
    This option was returning an error page on some cloned Activities.
  • Activities - Saved Reports
    Reports created by another User can now be deleted.
  • Mailshots - "HasError" status
    Additional measures have been added to the Mailshot module in the event of a Mailshot experiencing errors when sending to recipients.
  • Mailshots - Links
    Some issues were experienced with links to intranet pages in Mailshots.
  • Mailshots - Saving Mailshots without Titles  
    The "Title" field was optional, leading to some instances of Mailshots being saved without Titles, making them inaccessible from the "My Mailshots" and "All Mailshots" pages.
  • Events - Accept/Decline Links
    Some issues were experienced with these links, these issues are now resolved.
  • Stakeholder Mapping - Mapping Scores
    An issue was identified causing the scores under Attributes & Scores to round incorrectly.
  • Outlook Add-in - Miscellaneous issues
    Time-out issues and fields appearing erronousely are some of the issues resolved for the Tractivity Outlook add-in.
  • External Forms - Activity Sentiment
    The 'Activity Sentiment' field was unavailable for use when creating an External Form. This has been corrected so that Sentiment can be determined when adding an Activity using an External Form.
    • The AI Sentiment feature will be compatible with Activities created using External Forms following a future update.
  • Additional fixes and improvements were made to Tractivity behind-the-scenes.
