Tractivity v26.3 - Release Notes
June 2026 brings an updated Import tool and Outlook add-in to Tractivity users

Improvements and New Features
- *MODERNISED* Stakeholder Import
System Admin users have access to a modernised Stakeholder Import tool. The tool now imports data quicker than ever, and supports importing more rows than before. - *MODERNISED* Outlook add-in
The Outlook add-in has been refreshed, with a sleeker look and improved performance. Adding Contacts, Email Activities and other records is quicker and more reliable. No extra download required! - Shared Mailbox - Refresh button
We have removed the 'Sync' button on the Shared Mailbox tab on the Home Screen. A new 'Refresh' button is now available. This also lists the time and date that the Mailbox was last refreshed. - Organisations & Contacts - Add Contact
A new "Sex" field is available to use for Contacts, differing from the existing "Gender" fields. - Events - Calender files
We have removed the 'Date' row entirely from the content of Event ICS files. This is to avoid confusion between the listed time and date and the time and date on the calendar. - Events - Shareable URL
The URL for Event Registration pages has been changed. The new format matches your Tractivity system URL, making it friendlier to stakeholders than previously. - Reports - All Organisations and Contacts
The "Contact Influence" field has been added as a column in this report. - Distribution Lists - Created By
You can now see who created the Contact record when exporting a Distribution List. This appears as a column in the exported spreadsheet.
Bug Fixes
- Account - Last Log-in
The "last log-in" time was an hour ahead; this has been corrected to the correct time. - Log-in - Reset Password
Some users reported issues with the "Send" button on the Reset Password page; this button now works as expected. - Home Screen - Overdue Activities
On occassion, the Overdue Activites tab would fail to load due to a timeout error; this will no longer occur. - Activities - Associated Contacts
Some Activities created in the Outlook add-in were only displaying the parent Contact on the View Activity page. These Activities will now display Parent and all Associated Contacts. - Activities - Tagging users
Tagging a User in Activity Notes using the "Quick Edit" field would result in a crash; this can now be done without issue. - Activities - AI Summary
This section was not hidden for Activities with no recorded Activity Notes. This has been fixed so that AI Summary will not appear when the Notes field is empty. - Organisations & Contacts - View Contact / View Organisation
Blank tabs would sometimes appear on the View Contact page; these will no longer appear. - Organisations & Contacts - Social Media
Non-mandatory Social Media fields can now be left empty when using "Quick Edit" on the View Contact page. - Organisations & Contacts - Addresses
Distribution Lists from another Project could be seen on the Address tab for the View Contact and View Organisation pages; these will no longer appear. - Organisations & Contacts - Activity Attachments
Some Contact pages would experience a crash on the Activity Attachments tab; this has now been resolved. - Organisations & Contacts - Start Date
After using Quick Edit, the Start Date would display a date one day earlier than the chosen date. The correct date is now shown. - Organisations & Contacts - Project Categories
The "Unselect All" checkbox would not work when editing the "Project Categories" field. This checkbox can now be selected. - Organisations & Contacts - Email Activities
An issue uploading specific emails to the View Contact page (via dragging-and-dropping from Classic Outlook) was identified and resolved. - Organisations & Contacts - Add Organisation
This form would use Contact Defaults instead of Organisation Defaults for the Organisation Subscription Preferences fields. Following this update, the Add Organisation form will now use the Organisation Defaults. - Organisations & Contacts - View Contact
An error would sometimes occur when attempting to open a specific Contact in a new tab; this has now been resolved. - Mailshots - Email Builder
Saved changes would on occassion not sync correctly with the Mailshot module. This has been tested and resolved so all changes are reflected in the final email. - Events - Additional Guests
Users had noted the Event Invitation CSV would not display all Additional Guests correctly. Following this update, the CSV will show details for all Additional Guests included in a registration. - Events - Invited Contacts
Invitees will now be listed in the correct order on the Invited Contacts tab, based on their last name. - Events - Add Invitees
Users were unable to search for Invitees using certain previous Events; these Events can now be used to find Invitees. - Events - View Event
When trying to access an Event where the creator had been removed as a User, Users would receive an "Access Denied" error. This has been fixed so that these Events are now accessible. - Engage 360 - Time and Date
Issues displaying the correct time and date for Events and Surveys have been resolved. - Distribution Lists - Project Switching
Some links in Distribution Links would erroneousely take users to another Project; this has now been resolved. - Outlook Add-in - Contact Summary
Organisations were not appearing in the "Organisations" section; this has now been resolved. - Outlook Add-in - Contact Summary
Recent Activities did not show the most recent Activities associated to the selected Contact; this has now been resolved. - Outlook Add-in - Create Email Activity
Activities were being recorded in Tractivity with Start and End times set to 01:00. The correct time and date now display in the Email Activity record. - Outlook Add-in - Create Email Activity
Organisations were not selected by default; this has now been resolved. - Outlook Add-in - Create Email Activity
The "Organisations" section would not appear when a recognised Contact had attached Organisations; this has now been resolved. - Outlook Add-in - Create Email Activity
This form would not show the "Sub Project" field when it has been set as mandatory for the relevant Project in Tractivity. This field will now appear when Sub Project is set as mandatory. - Outlook Add-in - Create Email Activity
The ordering of "Most Recent" Enquiries on this page were alphanumeric or by ID rather than by date. This has been changed to order by date (descending). - Outlook Add-in - Create Email Activity
An error would occur on this page when Enquiry filter is set to "Date Received" and the user adds a date using their keyboard, or add "To" and "From" dates. These issues have now been resolved. - Outlook Add-in - Create Enquiry
The "Associated Organisation" field was not pre-populated with the parent Contact's attached Organisation(s); this has now been resolved. - Outlook Add-in - Create Enquiry
The "Associated Organisation" field was missing the "No Organisation" value. This option is now available. - Outlook Add-in - Create Enquiry
The "Enquiry Status" and "Influence" dropdown fields were empty in the Add-In. The available options now display correctly for both fields. - Outlook Add-in - Create Enquiry
The "Enquiry Title" field appeared more than once on the Create Enquiry form. This field now displays just once. - Outlook Add-in - Create Contact
An error would occur after clicking save when attempting to create a new Contact; this has now been resolved. - Outlook Add-in - Create Contact
The "Last Name" field would appear more than once on this page. This field now displays just once. - Outlook Add-in - Create Organisation
Organisations reported as saved by the Add-In were sometimes not being created in Tractivity. - Outlook Add-in - Create Organisation
The "Organisation Name" field appeared more than once on this page. This field now displays just once.
- Additional crashes were found in the Outlook add-in when loading the record creation pages, saving records, or refresh the current Project. Our team have resolved these issues with this update.
- The ordering of values in data input fields was inconsistent with the order specified in Global/Project Data. This has been changed so the ordering of options in all fields is consistent with the rest of Tractivity.
- System Admin - Single Sign-On
A crash would sometimes occur when setting up a new Identity Provider for SSO (Single Sign-On). This has now been resolved. - Additional fixes and improvements were made to Tractivity behind-the-scenes.
