Tractivity v26.6 - Release Notes

Bug fixes releasing alongside the new Emails and Distribution List modules

Improvements and New Features

  • *MODERNISED* Distribution Lists Module
    This module has been enhanced, streamlined and refreshed. More information can be found here: Help Articles | Knowledge Base 
  • *MODERNISED* Emails Module
    The Mailshot and Email modules have come together in the Emails module; a sleeker and more straightforward approach to sending emails in Tractivity. This also affects emails sent from the Events, Distribution Lists and Enquiries modules and Shared Mailbox.
  • Issues - Font size for Issue Tagging window
    The font size has been increased for text when tagging an Issue for an Activity.

Bug Fixes

  • Organisations & Contacts - "&" symbols in names
    Issues occuring when including an "&" symbol in the name of a stakeholder have been resolved.
  • Organisations & Contacts - Mapping
    The Mapping tab on View Contact/View Organisation pages experienced some errors; these have now been resolved.
  • Surveys - Add Survey Response
    An issue causing Tractivity to block adding a Survey response, citing an existing response already being submitted, has been corrected.
  • Surveys - Account Group for respondents
    Some Contacts would have their "Account Group" information wiped when a Survey Response was confirmed. This will no longer occur.
  • Land Parcels - Draw Map
    Some users reported issues when trying to draw a map in the Land Parcels module. This has been resolved.
  • Outlook Add-in - Duplication checking
    The add-in has been updated to resolve issues with false positives when checking for existing Organisation names.
  • Outlook Add-in - Field Validation
    Some users had reported inconsistent behaviour with the field validation (checking for required information) when adding records using the Outlook add-in. The add-in has been improved so that validation is more consistent.
  • Engage 360 - Portal log-in
    Improvements have been made to the portal log-in process when the same email address is in use for multiple Contacts.
  • Additional fixes and improvements were made to Tractivity behind-the-scenes.
