View and Export Calendar Entries

See a list of everything on your Calendar at any time

Please note: This article reflects changes being introduced to Tractivity as part of the software's major modernisation update. This update is being rolled out to users from December 2025 onwards.

When looking at your Calendar, you may find it useful to have a list of all entries, removing the need to scroll past empty days and weeks. The Calendar module provides a list like this for all users, conveniently placed just below the calendar grid.

A Calendar entry refers to anything marked on your Calendar. This includes Activities, Event and Surveys.

 

You can find a list of all visible entries on your Calendar on this list. You can view the key details of each entry, and you can click on the name of any entry to view them up in full. If you want to see more entries, you can expand the view on your Calendar to cover a wider range of time.

All entries on this list can be exported as a CSV file. Just click the Export Details button at the top of the list. This will download the CSV file straight to your device.
