What’s New in Tractivity: Product Updates, Webinars & What’s Next (30/4/2026)

 

We wanted to share an update on what you can expect over the coming months – including our upcoming product roadmap, planned webinars, and customer focus groups.

We hope you’ve already started to see the benefits of our latest Tractivity releases, which include:

  • Home Screen improvements for quicker access to what matters most
  • New and improved Calendar module
  • AI features, including overview insights and sentiment analysis
  • Organisation & Contact module, with an enhanced built‑in reporting module
  • Enquiry module, now including a new Issue Tagging field, removing the need to use the separate Issue module, along with dedicated reporting
  • Brand‑new Activity module, allowing you to search and report directly within the module
  • Updated Events module, with faster ways to add invitees and improved visibility of invitee status based on confirmation timing

Our team is already working on several upcoming enhancements, including the Import Tool, an improved Outlook add‑in, and Shared Mailbox functionality. The Distribution and Mailshot module will follow shortly after.

We know there’s a lot changing, so we’ve published a full product roadmap to give you clear visibility of what’s coming next.

Upcoming Focus Group

Our next Customer Focus Group will take place on 16 June at 11:00.

This session will invite users to share their opinions, reactions, and experiences of how they have championed Tractivity to increase usage across their team or organisation.
