AI Features - AI Summary for Contact Activities

Create instant summaries of your stakeholder interactions

Please note: This article reflects changes being introduced to Tractivity as part of the software's major modernisation update. This update is being rolled out to users from December 2025 onwards.

Tractivity can create summaries of your ongoing stakeholder interactions, thanks to the AI Summary feature.

 

On the View Contact page, select the Activities tab, and click the Summarise and Export Activities button. You will see an AI Summary of the 25 most recent Activities recorded against your Contact.

You can export this summary alongside any Activities using the Export Selected Activities option, which you will find just above the AI Summary.
