Instantly identify the tone of stakeholder interactions with AI
Please note: This article reflects changes being introduced to Tractivity as part of the software's major modernisation update. This update is being rolled out to users from December 2025 onwards.

The Sentiment field can be found on any Activity records. Tractivity will analyse the Notes (or Email Body) field of your Activity and automatically determine if the stakeholder interaction is Positive, Negative, or Neutral. This comes with an emoji to quickly indicate the sentiment of the field.
If needed, the Sentiment can still be manually edited as before, using the Quick Edit option (click the pencil icon by the Sentiment field).
