Tractivity Modernisation - Release Notes

New features

• A redesigned Tractivity
  Keeping the same layout and colour scheme you are used to, Tractivity's look has been updated to help make navigation easier.
  This redesign is currently available for the Home Screen, Organisations & Contacts module, the Calendar module and the Workflows module.
• Calendar Module
  The new Calendar module shows all your stakeholder engagement work on a handy calendar. You can add new Activities directly to the calendar, view Events and Surveys, export your Activities and more.

• AI Features - Sentiment Score and Activity Summaries
  New AI-powered features are available for Activities. You can generate a summary of recent Activities, and you can also automatically fill in the Sentiment Score based on the provided Notes.

• Organisations & Contacts - Search
  The search page for this module has been dramatically improved, with significantly faster loading, a refined search field layout, a more intuitive Search Settings tool and new customisation options for the Search Results. We have also expanded what kinds of data can be used to search for stakeholders.

Improvements

• System Performance and Infrastructure
  The speed and stability of Tractivity has been significantly improved to allow for a smoother and more reliable experience.
• Workflows Module
  This module has been modernised with a cleaner layout and a more straightforward "Add Workflow" form.
• Home Screen - Shared Mailbox Filters
  New filters can be used to find specific emails in your Shared Mailbox.
• Home Screen - 'Completed' tab
  Completed emails from the Shared Mailbox now sit separately from Completed Activities under the Completed tab.
• Additional behind-the-scenes improvements were made to improve the user experience.
