TRACTIVITY EVENTS

Stakeholder engagement events you can follow from South Africa

Since 2023, we’ve run an annual practitioner day in the United Kingdom, built entirely around stakeholder engagement. It’s held in person in the UK, so most South African practitioners won’t be in the room. That’s fine. The talks' presentations are online and free, and from October 2026 there’s a monthly live webinar you can join from anywhere in South Africa.

About The Stakeholder Engagement Day

Our in-person day is for practitioners, by practitioners. It isn’t a sales event.

Talks, then workshops

Experts working on real projects speak in the morning. In the afternoon you work through the problems alongside them.

Free and open

Open to anyone in stakeholder engagement, consultation, public affairs, programme management or community relations, whatever software they use.

Lessons that travel

Difficult stakeholders, keeping a defensible record, mapping influence. The questions raised in the room are the same ones public participation teams in South Africa work through.
