Book a demonstration
A live walkthrough of your own project rather than a script. Bring the register you have, the comment round you are in or the report you owe, and we will show you what it looks like when the system holds it.
Worth knowing before you book a demo
Pricing
The base licence is £9,495 a year plus £500 per additional user, with no caps on stakeholder records, communications sent or engagements captured. The Engage-360 public portal is a separately-priced module. If pricing in rand matters for your procurement, say so when we speak.
Getting live
Four to six weeks on average from contract signed to launch, including a minimum of 20 hours of onboarding and two 1.5-hour training sessions with a dedicated Client Success Manager. It is an average rather than a guarantee, and it depends as much on how quickly your data arrives as on us.
Hosting and POPIA
We run on Microsoft Azure with UK data residency by default and other regions available. If in-country hosting or a POPIA operator agreement is a requirement of your tender, mention it when you book and we will address it on the call rather than three weeks later.
We do not send SMS
If SMS broadcast is a hard requirement, we are not the right platform and we would rather say so now.
What happens next
Pick a time from the calendar
The time zone selector above the times switches to South African time, which runs one to two hours ahead of the UK, so most of your working day is covered. The call runs on Microsoft Teams.
The call itself
Screen shared, using your scenario. If you have a live project, bring it. If you would rather we loaded a sample of your data first, send it over beforehand and we will.
A follow-up
A written follow-up with what we showed you, honest answers to anything we could not answer live, and pricing if you want it. No sequence of chasing emails.
What we will show you
- The register of interested and affected parties, and how parties get onto it
- A notice sent and proven, with proof of service against the recipient
- The comments and responses report, exported
- A commitment tracked from a public meeting to closure
- A grievance logged, categorised and closed
- The reports you would run for a competent authority, the DMPR, a lender or your own board

Not ready for a call?
- Read the POPIA analysis. If your question is whether a stakeholder database can be lawful at all, start there.
- Send us your security questionnaire. We will answer it in writing, including the parts where the answer is not yet.
- See what is in the platform, module by module, mapped to South African obligations.
Tractivity is a UK company. We work with organisations in South Africa including Transnet and Lesedi Nuclear Services.
