  • 150+ pre-built reports plus configurable dashboards
  • All integrations: Microsoft Outlook (add-in and shared mailbox), Microsoft Teams, Zapier, REST API, Power BI, Mapolitical, Dotdigital, Google Maps and address lookup. Power BI is supported today through scheduled exports, and Power BI reporting inside Tractivity arrives before the end of 2026
  • AI Sentiment and AI Summarise, switched off by default and enabled only with the client's consent
  • Onboarding and training, free on three-year subscriptions
  • A dedicated UK-based Client Success Manager
  • Unlimited support time during UK working hours, which can also cover EU working hours
  • Quarterly business reviews

Engage-360, our public engagement portal, is a separate product, priced separately and quoted on audience scale, customisation and integration scope.

Implementation takes four to six weeks on average, depending largely on how quickly the client supplies data.
