Borealis, Simply Stakeholders and Jambo are not currently listed on G-Cloud. That's why Tractivity is typically shortlisted first by HM Treasury, the BBC, Welsh Government, DfT, Ofsted and similar organisations.
Simply Stakeholders, developed in Australia, has a modern interface and a low entry price. The price rises quickly once record volumes grow or add-ons are added, and it isn't listed on G-Cloud. Tractivity includes all modules, unlimited records, stakeholder data import, onboarding, future upgrades and UK-based support in one annual licence, with ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus and G-Cloud 14 accreditation. UK teams needing those credentials should verify Simply Stakeholders' current UK arrangements directly with the vendor.
Jambo, based in Canada, focuses on fast record-keeping for North American natural resources and Indigenous relations. Tractivity covers the full engagement lifecycle (mapping, strategy, consultation, communications, feedback, reporting) with 150+ pre-built reports and UK-based unlimited support. Jambo is highly configurable, which means the structure and reporting depend on what you build.
