What sets Tractivity apart
Some stakeholder management platforms price surveys, communications or events as separate modules, or route them through third-party tools, which means more suppliers to contract with and more places your stakeholder data lives. With Tractivity, every module is built, owned, and hosted by us on UK-based servers, so your stakeholder data never leaves our infrastructure.
Surveys and newsletters
Send unlimited surveys and newsletters directly from the platform. Responses link to individual stakeholder profiles automatically, with sentiment analysis that categorises feedback and surfaces key themes, all without sending data to a third-party survey tool.
Event Management
Plan, manage, and track events including workshops, seminars, conferences, and Q&A sessions. Handle attendee registrations, link events to engagement objectives, and report on outcomes, all within one platform with no external tools required.
Stakeholder mapping
Map stakeholders across attributes such as interest, influence, relationship, sentiment, or add your own custom attributes. Create multiple mappings, generate visual charts that compare up to three attributes, and track how positions shift over time.
Transparent pricing for the complete platform
No tiers, no feature gates, no asterisks.
Your subscription gives you full access to every module, integration, and support service.
You simply choose the number of users and projects; the licence scales with those, with nothing else gated or charged as an extra.

Trusted by teams across the UK, Ireland, the US and more
Organisations in energy, transport, education, construction, banking, healthcare, and the public sector rely on Tractivity every day.
We always receive good support from the Tractivity team with regards to developing new solutions to managing our stakeholder communications or just in response to more simple 'how do we?' type questions.
Drew Aspinwall
Newgate Communications | EDF Hinkley Point
It was key for our project that our stakeholder engagement was done in a way that was effective and comprehensive and allowed us to engage thoroughly. Tractivity has been highly effective for us and we would not hesitate to recommend the system.
Rose Rees

We are very happy with the product. Tractivity being used at GWR will outlive my team and be considered a legacy project.

Frequently asked questions
Tractivity subscriptions start from £9,495 per year. This includes every feature, module, and integration as standard. Your subscription scales based on the number of user licences and projects your organisation needs, so you get a tailored price without losing access to any functionality. Request a demo and we will provide a quote based on your requirements.
Absolutely. Of the platforms we compare on our comparison pages, reviewed in August 2026, several price surveys or communications as a separate module or a higher tier, and none publishes an event management module with RSVP and attendance tracking. Tractivity includes an uncapped survey module and full event management as standard. Survey responses feed directly into individual stakeholder profiles with sentiment analysis, and events can be linked to engagement objectives for complete reporting. You can manage workshops, seminars, conferences, and Q&A sessions, track registrations, and report on outcomes all from within the platform.
Yes. Tractivity is designed and operated to comply with both UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, and our data protection position is set out in full on our security and compliance page.
All data is stored on secure UK-based servers (or alternative regions such as the EEA, USA, and others). The platform holds ISO 27001:2022 and Cyber Essentials Plus certifications, and the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit is audited annually. Email configuration supports SPF and DKIM authentication, and you can use your own verified email domains for all outbound communications.
All data is stored on unlimited, secure, UK-based servers, with alternative regions, such as the EEA and the USA, available upon request. Because every module in Tractivity is built, owned and hosted by us, your stakeholder record is held in one system rather than split across separate survey, newsletter and event providers. Where a feature involves a third party, we state: Azure OpenAI acts solely as a data processor for our AI tools, and the Zapier, Dotdigital, Royal Mail, and Google Places integrations are optional and only run if you enable them. This is a key reason organisations choose Tractivity over platforms that rely on external providers for surveys, communications, or reporting. The platform includes data backups, full audit logs, multi-factor authentication, and single sign-on.
Based on Jambo's published material, reviewed August 2026, Tractivity publishes four things Jambo doesn't: in-platform newsletters (Jambo's mass mailer is marked coming soon); consultation surveys with AI-powered analytics (Jambo routes surveys through third-party integrations); event management with attendee registration and attendance tracking (Jambo publishes no module); and stakeholder mapping on interest, influence, sentiment, relevance and custom attributes (Jambo segments through tags, custom fields and Esri map viewers). Jambo publishes a native Esri ArcGIS Pro integration and a location-based contact type; Tractivity does not.
On UK-specific credentials, the published positions differ:
Jambo: ISO 27001 and ISO 27017; UK data hosting; support to 11pm UK time from a team including IAP2-certified professionals. It states that its Cyber Essentials Plus application is underway and that it is listed on G-Cloud 15.
Simply Stakeholders: ISO 27001 and SOC 2; Microsoft Azure UK and EU regions. It publishes no support hours, no Cyber Essentials Plus and no NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit position.
Tractivity: UK headquartered; ISO 27001:2022, Cyber Essentials Plus and NHS DSPT audited annually; G-Cloud 14; Microsoft Azure with UK South as the default region; a named UK-based Client Success Manager and unmetered support in UK and EU working hours.
Ask every supplier for its certification scope, hosting region and support hours in writing.
