Tractivity subscriptions start from £9,495 per year. This covers the full SRM licence with no paid add-on modules within the platform. What is included in the subscription?

Your subscription gives you full access to every module and feature in the Tractivity platform. This includes the complete communication suite (newsletters, surveys, event management), stakeholder mapping, over 150 reports, AI sentiment analysis, all integrations, a dedicated UK-based Client Success Manager, onboarding, training, and unlimited support. There are no paid add-on modules within the SRM licence itself. The platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure, UK region by default, with EU, US and other regions available. The Engage-360 public portal, where needed, is priced separately.

Can I send surveys and manage events within Tractivity?

Absolutely. Of the platforms we compare on our comparison pages, reviewed in August 2026, several price surveys or communications as a separate module or a higher tier, and none publishes an event management module with RSVP and attendance tracking. Tractivity includes an uncapped survey module and full event management as standard. Survey responses feed directly into individual stakeholder profiles with sentiment analysis, and events can be linked to engagement objectives for complete reporting. You can manage workshops, seminars, conferences, and Q&A sessions, track registrations, and report on outcomes all from within the platform.

Is Tractivity GDPR compliant?

Yes. Tractivity is fully compliant with both UK and EU GDPR requirements. Data is hosted on Microsoft Azure, UK region, with EU, US and other regions available on request, and protected by comprehensive access controls. The platform is accredited to ISO 27001:2022 and Cyber Essentials Plus.

Where is my data stored?

Data is hosted on Microsoft Azure, UK region by default, with alternative regions such as the EEA and the USA available on request. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up, and protected by full audit logs, multi-factor authentication, and single sign-on.

What support do I get? Every Tractivity subscription includes a dedicated UK-based Client Success Manager, unlimited support time from our UK-based technical team, an onboarding and training programme, quarterly business reviews, access to our Help Centre with webinars and guides, an online helpdesk, a service SLA, on-site or remote training options, and invitations to UK-wide workshops. Support is not metered or rationed; your team can reach out as often as needed.

Can Tractivity integrate with our existing tools? Yes. Tractivity integrates with MS Outlook (via an add-in for logging emails directly to stakeholder records), Microsoft Teams, MS Power BI (via scheduled exports today, with in-platform report building launching autumn 2026), Zapier (connecting to thousands of third-party applications), Dotdigital, Mapolitical (for UK political stakeholder data), Google Maps, Royal Mail and Google Places (for address validation), and offers a public API for custom integrations.

Is Tractivity available on the G-Cloud framework? Yes. Tractivity has been listed on the G-Cloud framework since G-Cloud 11 in 2019, across five successive frameworks as a Government Commercial Agency supplier (formerly the Crown Commercial Service), with two services on the Digital Marketplace, which makes procurement straightforward for public sector organisations including NHS trusts, local authorities and government departments. How does Tractivity compare to Jambo or Simply Stakeholders?

Based on Jambo's published material, reviewed August 2026, Tractivity publishes four things Jambo doesn't: in-platform newsletters (Jambo's mass mailer is marked coming soon); consultation surveys with AI-powered analytics (Jambo routes surveys through third-party integrations); event management with attendee registration and attendance tracking (Jambo publishes no module); and stakeholder mapping on interest, influence, sentiment, relevance and custom attributes (Jambo segments through tags, custom fields and Esri map viewers). Jambo publishes a native Esri ArcGIS Pro integration and a location-based contact type; Tractivity does not.

On UK-specific credentials, the published positions differ:
