A day for knowledge exchange
For three years, we have brought together the people doing stakeholder engagement across energy, transport, healthcare, government, utilities and beyond.
In 2026, we are formalising what works best: expert talks in the morning, then hands-on workshops in the afternoon where you choose the track that matches your practice.
No stages. No sales pitches. Just professionals, working together.
How the event works

Talks
Three sessions from engagement leaders working on real projects.
Shared with the full room, open to all levels of experience.

Interactive hands-on sessions
New and early-stage users: Hands-on with the core of Tractivity. Leaves you able to run a project end-to-end.
Advanced users: Deep dives into mapping, consultation, reporting and integrations.

One-to-one
Live demos, one-to-one time with the Tractivity team, and open networking. If you are new to Tractivity, this is where you see the platform in action and talk to people already using it.
Who this day is for
For the stakeholder engagement community
Open to anyone working in stakeholder engagement, consultation, public affairs or community relations in the UK. Free to attend. If you do this work, you are welcome.
For engagement professionals evaluating Tractivity
A no-pressure way to see the platform in live use and hear from existing users about how it fits their work. Ideal if you are comparing systems or scoping a move away from spreadsheets.
For Tractivity clients
A chance to go deeper on the platform, meet the Customer Success team in person, and share practice with other clients. Bring a colleague who is new to Tractivity and use the day to get them set up.
Your hosts
Paul opens the day by setting a clear, practical context for where stakeholder engagement and management is heading.
