Publiq gives project teams one place to share real-time updates, photos, videos, documents and progress milestones, straight from site.
Residents download the free app, follow the projects near them and get notified when something changes. It's already used by developers, utilities and public bodies across the UK and Europe, including VolkerStevin, TenneT, the Environment Agency and Airedale NHS Foundation Trust.

What happens when a resident asks a question in Publiq
It doesn't end up in yet another inbox. The message lands in Tractivity, linked to that person's contact record and their full history on the project. From there, your team works it through four simple steps:
- Capture. The query or comment is logged against the stakeholder, alongside every other touchpoint on the project.
- Track. Status, priority and dates are set and visible on live dashboards, so nothing is left open by accident.
- Assign. Each item goes to the right owner, automatically or manually, so everyone knows who is responding.
- Respond. The response is sent and logged against the record, closing the loop with a complete history you can report on.
