All survey responses, event registrations and stakeholder account updates captured through Engage-360 are automatically synced into Tractivity. You keep one central, up-to-date view of every stakeholder, with no need for manual imports or separate spreadsheets.

All data is stored in accordance with EU GDPR and the requirements of the Irish Data Protection Commission (DPC). Tractivity maintains a full consent audit trail for every contact record, supporting your obligations under Irish data protection law.

Yes. Engage-360 supports open registration links so stakeholders who are not yet in your database can sign up for surveys and events. Their details are added straight into your Tractivity stakeholder database, ready for future engagement.

Yes. You can analyse event attendance and feedback directly via your Tractivity system, giving you clarity on who’s engaging and where improvements can be made.

Yes. Tractivity is ISO 27001 certified, and Engage-360 fully complies with EU GDPR, as enforced in Ireland by the Data Protection Commission (DPC). All data submitted through the portal — including survey responses, event registrations and stakeholder contact details — is processed and stored securely.
