What sets Tractivity apart
Some stakeholder management platforms price surveys, communications or events as separate modules, or route them through third-party tools, which means more suppliers to contract with and more places your stakeholder data lives. With Tractivity, surveys, communications and events are built into the core platform rather than priced as add-ons, hosted on secure servers with EU and UK data storage options, so your stakeholder record stays in one system instead of split across separate providers.
Surveys and newsletters
Send unlimited surveys and newsletters directly from the platform. Responses link to individual stakeholder profiles automatically, with sentiment analysis that categorises feedback and surfaces key themes, all without sending data to a third-party survey tool.
Event Management
Plan, manage, and track events including workshops, seminars, conferences, and Q&A sessions. Handle attendee registrations, link events to engagement objectives, and report on outcomes, all within one platform with no external tools required.
Stakeholder mapping
Map stakeholders across attributes such as interest, influence, relationship, sentiment, or add your own custom attributes. Create multiple mappings, generate visual charts that compare up to three attributes, and track how positions shift over time.
Transparent pricing for the complete platform
No tiers, no per-user feature gates within the SRM licence.
Your subscription gives you full access to the core platform, its integrations, and support service.
You simply choose the number of users and projects; the licence scales with those. The Engage-360 public engagement portal, where your programme needs one, is scoped and priced separately.

Organisations in energy, transport, education, construction, banking, healthcare, and the public sector rely on Tractivity every day.
We always receive good support from the Tractivity team with regards to developing new solutions to managing our stakeholder communications or just in response to more simple 'how do we?' type questions.
Drew Aspinwall

It was key for our project that our stakeholder engagement was done in a way that was effective and comprehensive and allowed us to engage thoroughly. Tractivity has been highly effective for us and we would not hesitate to recommend the system.

Frequently asked questions
Tractivity subscriptions for Irish organisations start from €10,995 per year (ex VAT). This covers the full SRM licence with no paid add-on modules within the platform. Your subscription scales based on the number of user licences and projects your organisation needs, so you get a tailored price without losing access to any functionality. Request a demo and we will provide a quote in Euro based on your requirements.
Absolutely. Of the platforms we compare on our comparison pages, reviewed August 2026, several price surveys or communications as a separate module or a higher tier, and none publishes an event management module with RSVP and attendance tracking. Tractivity includes an uncapped survey module and full event management as standard. Survey responses feed directly into individual stakeholder profiles with sentiment analysis, and events can be linked to engagement objectives for complete reporting. You can manage workshops, seminars, conferences, and Q&A sessions, track registrations, and report on outcomes all from within the platform.
Yes. Tractivity is designed and operated to comply with the EU GDPR as enforced by the Irish Data Protection Commission, and with UK GDPR. The platform holds ISO 27001:2022 and Cyber Essentials Plus certification, and is hosted on Microsoft Azure with an EU region available for Irish clients so stakeholder data can be held within the European Union. Email configuration supports SPF and DKIM authentication, and you can use your own verified email domains for all outbound communications.
All data is stored on unlimited, secure servers. For Irish clients, EEA-region storage is available and recommended for public sector organisations subject to Irish data sovereignty requirements. UK-based and other regional storage options (including the USA) are also available upon request.
Because surveys, newsletters and events are native to the platform rather than priced as separate modules, your stakeholder record is held in one system rather than split across separate survey, newsletter and event providers. Where a feature does involve a third party, we name it: Azure OpenAI acts solely as a data processor for our AI tools, and Zapier, Dotdigital and Google Places integrations are optional and only run if you enable them. This is a key reason organisations choose Tractivity over platforms that rely on external providers for surveys, communications, or reporting. The platform includes data backups, full audit logs, multi-factor authentication, and single sign-on.
Every Tractivity subscription includes a dedicated UK-based Client Success Manager with support in Irish, UK and EU working hours, unlimited support time from our technical team, an onboarding and training programme, quarterly business reviews, access to our Help Centre with webinars and guides, an online helpdesk, a service SLA, on-site or remote training options, and invitations to workshops and events. Support is not metered or rationed; your team can reach out as often as needed.
Yes. Tractivity integrates with MS Outlook (via an add-in for logging emails directly to stakeholder records), Microsoft Teams, MS Power BI (coming soon), Zapier (connecting to thousands of third-party applications), Dotdigital, Mapolitical (for UK political stakeholder data), Google Maps, Google Places (for Irish and international address validation), and offers a public API for custom integrations. Royal Mail integration is available for UK clients. Mapolitical (UK political stakeholder data) is a UK-specific integration; Irish political stakeholder data can be managed directly within Tractivity's stakeholder records.
Yes. Tractivity is available through the UK Government's Digital Marketplace (G-Cloud). For Irish public sector procurement, Tractivity is also registered on eTenders, Ireland's national public procurement portal, and is aligned with OGP supplier standards, making it accessible to Irish local authorities, national agencies, and government departments.
On both suppliers' published material, reviewed August 2026, Tractivity publishes four things they don't: in-platform newsletters (Jambo's mass mailer is marked coming soon); consultation surveys with AI analytics (Jambo uses third-party integrations; Simply Stakeholders puts surveys on Plus); event management with attendee registration (neither publishes a module); and stakeholder mapping on interest, influence, sentiment, relevance and custom attributes. Jambo publishes a native Esri ArcGIS Pro integration and location-based contact type; Tractivity does not.
Both publish more Irish and EU presence than this page acknowledges. Jambo: a "UK and EU office" in Naas, Co. Kildare, a selectable EEA data centre, an EU support team, support to 11pm UK time. Simply Stakeholders: Azure EU and UK regions, a live EU login, a UK and EU support line, but no published hours.
Tractivity hosts on Azure with EU regions available for Irish clients, holds ISO 27001:2022 and Cyber Essentials Plus, aligns with EU GDPR as enforced by the Data Protection Commission, and gives every client a dedicated Client Success Manager with unmetered support in Irish, UK and EU hours. Ask every supplier for its hosting region, transfer basis, support hours and accessibility conformance level in writing.
