Our Customer Success team follows the best-practice principles promoted by The Consultation Institute (tCI), with several Tractivity team members holding the Professional Accreditation in Public Consultation & Engagement. That means you get guidance rooted in stakeholder engagement expertise, not just software support.
From your initial system configuration and training to every day after, our expert team is here to help Irish organisations deliver impact.
Supporting organisations across Ireland
Tractivity can support public sector bodies, regulated utilities, healthcare organisations, infrastructure project teams, charities, nonprofits and semi-state bodies across Ireland. Our platform is EU GDPR-compliant and operates in accordance with regulations supervised by the Irish Data Protection Commission (DPC). ISO 27001:2022 certified and Cyber Essentials Plus accredited, Tractivity meets the information security standards required by Irish public procurement frameworks including eTenders and OGP.
